Northgate: will the request reason show in the Access report?
Description
Reasons are required since today, thank you. For our quarterly audit pack, the auditors ask why each person has access. Will the reason show in the Access report?

The audit log sounds right. We'll wait for August.

I'll tell you the day it's out. Closing.
Hi Rachel, not in the Access report: it shows who can open what today, not why. The reason is kept on each request, and the approvals audit log coming in August keeps every decision with its reason, for 400 days, exportable by administrators. That's the place for the "why" in your audit pack.
Requests made before 29 July have no reason; they'll show as "No reason given".
