Brakeline: can depot managers approve from their phone?
Description
I'm on the yard most of the day. If depot managers ever get to approve, could we do it from a phone?

Hi Callum, the portal works in a phone's browser, so whoever approves can do it from a phone today; there's no separate app.
Approving is still for administrators only, so for now that's Priya and Sam. Your ask for depot managers to approve is on Priya's ticket (SUP-955), and I've added your point about the yard to it.
