Description

Same error as on Wednesday, now on the four test applications we added this week: test users land on your error page after Microsoft, "Audience mismatch". KEL-TEST works since Thursday.

Same as KEL-TEST on Wednesday (ACM-181): the four new test apps carry our production entity ID as Identifier, and the test depots are on staging.

Hi Henrik, the same cause as Wednesday: the four new applications have the production Identifier (Entity ID), and your test users sign in against our staging environment. In each test application, set Identifier to the staging value from the sheet (https://staging.id.acme-hq.example/saml/kelderby), as you did for KEL-TEST.

Henrik Lund · 10 Aug 2026, 07:30 UTC

Changed on all four, test users get in.

Yusuf Demir · 10 Aug 2026, 08:00 UTC

Confirmed on our side. Closing.

Clara Rossi · 10 Aug 2026, 08:10 UTCInternal note

The sheet now has staging and production values on separate tabs, so the production column is not copied for test apps again.
