Ridgeway: Youngstown supervisors come in as users after the switch
Description
Since the switch the two supervisors at Youngstown sign in as normal users. They are in RF-ACME-Supervisors in Okta.

Group wasn't assigned. Done, both are supervisors now.

Hi Mark, both arrive with only RF-ACME-Users in the sign-in. In Okta, RF-ACME-Supervisors isn't assigned to the ACME application, so it isn't sent. Assign the group to the app and they'll be depot managers at their next sign-in.
