Vossberg: load all 60 depots from a file, with the codes Okta sends

Hello,
we have 60 depots, but in ACME only 41 exist, made by hand since 2024. Several codes also don't match what Okta sends in vossbergDepot: ACME has MG-01, Okta sends DE-MGL. People at the 19 missing depots are homed at the nearest one, so the depot report is wrong for them, and once depot managers approve, their requests would go to the wrong manager.
Can we load all 60 depots from a file, with Okta's codes? Typing them is a lot of chances for errors.

Hi Matthias, thanks for laying it out. Today depots are added and edited one at a time in the portal, and 19 new ones plus code changes by hand isn't something we want you to do either. I'm taking it to our product team and will come back with a plan.
Agreed with Lena: depot import for Vossberg is its own small piece of work and I'll run it. A file with a "replaces" column so existing depots keep their people and access when their code changes; dry run first. Engineering's guess is two to three weeks.
Hi Matthias, good news: engineering starts on it today, and we expect you to load the depots yourself in the portal before the end of the month. The file itself is in SUP-1148, where you asked about the format, so I'll close this one.
