Northgate: why can't site managers approve for their own site?
Description
Hi, I manage the Bolton site. New starters wait for our admins at head office to approve gate and forklift access, and that can take a day. I know my people. Why can't site managers approve for their own site?

Hi Martin, thanks for writing. Today only administrators approve, for the whole organisation. Rachel raised the same in March and it's being planned now: our product team is shaping approvals by depot managers (site managers, for Northgate). I'll tell you when there's a date.
