Vossberg: the Access report for the whole organisation never loads
Description
The Access report for the whole organisation never loads. I tried three times yesterday afternoon: it runs, then "Something went wrong". I need the whole report for our quarterly review this week.

For now: filter the report by depot, and each depot loads in a few seconds. The whole organisation at once takes longer than our 60-second limit at Vossberg's size (6,500 people, 60 depots, 140 bundles), so it gives up. Engineering is fixing the cause (OPS-44).

You can load the whole report again: we've given it more time while we fix the cause. It takes about three and a half minutes, so start it and leave it running.

Fixed: the whole report now loads in under half a minute (ENG-1767).
Hi Bettina, I can see the same from here. Engineering is looking at it now.
