Kelderby: confirming the pilot depot list and test accounts

confirming for the pilot: we will send the depot list (each pilot depot with its people and its manager) by Tuesday 20 October, as your checklist says. Henrik makes the test accounts: Rotterdam, Antwerp and Ghent by the same day, the other four by Tuesday 27 October.

Hi Priti, two more things we need before the first weekend:
- For each pilot depot, the Entra ID group whose people may sign in there (we have the managers' groups).
- Who approves a depot's requests while its manager is away? There's no stand-in approver in ACME today: requests wait for the manager, or for an administrator under All requests.
Told Priti on today's Tuesday call: no deputies in the product; a request nobody decides closes after 14 days and nobody is told. Kelderby's two administrators will check All requests every morning from go-live.
Groups: KEL-<depot>-Users for everyone at a depot (KEL-Rotterdam-Users, KEL-Antwerp-Users, KEL-Gent-Users and so on), and the managers stay in the -Managers groups.
Groups noted in the rollout plan. That answers Jonas's question about each depot's Entra ID group.
