Kelderby: who approves when a depot manager is on holiday?
Description
Dear Ana,
Priti told me what you said on Tuesday's call: no deputies, and requests close after 14 days if nobody decides. We have 25 depot managers, and summer and Christmas holidays. What do you recommend?

Agreed. Our two administrators will check All requests every morning from go-live.

Asked Lena for a reminder before a request closes, as ACM-313 suggested.
Hi Sanne, thanks for picking this up. What Priti suggested is what we recommend for go-live: your two administrators at head office check All requests every morning, and approve for any depot whose manager is away. Any leave longer than a week needs that cover, because a request nobody decides closes after 14 days, and neither the person nor the manager is told.
Brakeline asked us for deputies too, and that's what our product team shapes next, but it won't be there before your go-live.
