Greenhollow: phone number with spaces says 'saved' but keeps the old number
Description
Changing a worker's phone number: I type +353 86 123 4567 and press save, it says saved, but the old number is still there.

ENG-1791. Phone edit refuses numbers with spaces and still shows success.

Fixed: spaces are fine now, and when a number is refused the page says why.
Thanks Aoife, reproduced: a number with spaces is refused without a word and the old one kept, though the page says saved. Without spaces (+353861234567) it saves. Sent to engineering.
