Brakeline: Hull driver's request for Grimsby went to Hull's manager
Description
A Hull driver doing shifts at Grimsby asked for Grimsby's yard gate. The request went to Hull's manager, not to Neil at Grimsby. Is that right?

Hi Sam, yes, that's how it works today: a request goes to the approver at the person's home depot, once, when it comes in, not to the depot being asked for. So Hull's manager decides it, or your administrators can under All requests. I've passed it to our product team with your example.
