Kelderby: requests from Rotterdam drivers working at Antwerp don't come to Antwerp
Description
Hello,
I manage Antwerp. Drivers from Rotterdam who work shifts here ask for access to our yard and scanners. Their requests do not come to me; I heard Ruth in Rotterdam gets them. Ruth does not know who works here. Antwerp should decide.
Can this be changed before 2 November?

Home depot routing (identity-service:src/Approvals/ApprovalRouting.php:47), the trap Jonas's Claude Code noted on 6 Oct. Brakeline hit the same on 14 Oct (SUP-1246). It's R1 of ACM-247, so Lena's call.
Confirmed in the code: routing reads the person's home depot only. Routing on the depot asked for is a small change in ApprovalRouting, but every customer's requests would go to a different approver from one day to the next, so it needs a decision and a note to every administrator, not a quiet fix.
Routing on the depot asked for changes who approves for every customer. Not before Kelderby's go-live. I'll take it into planning with Kelderby's and Brakeline's cases; Kelderby hears from us first.
Hi Lotte, our product lead has looked at it. Sending requests to the depot being asked for would change who approves for every customer, so it won't come before your go-live; it's on their list now, with your example. Until then, Ruth decides these, or your administrators under All requests.
Understood. Our administrators check All requests every morning; I'll ask them to look out for Antwerp.
Hi Lotte, you heard right: today a request goes to the manager of the person's home depot, not of the depot they ask for, so Rotterdam-based drivers' requests for Antwerp go to Ruth. I've taken it to our product team today, with your example, and will come back to you this week. Until then, Ruth can decide them, or your administrators under All requests.
