Good morning,

we sign the contract today, thank you. For our supplier file we need the countersigned data processing agreement and your current list of sub-processors, with where each one processes data.

The data processing agreement, countersigned by ACME today
Our sub-processor list, current version, with what each sub-processor does and where

One point Ingrid will want to see: since 16 October, email to customers in our EU region, Halden included, goes through our mail provider's EU account, so those emails and the provider's logs of them stay in the EU. The list shows this.
