Halden Foods: where can we see that our data is in the EU?
Description
Clara tells us our organisation exists now. Where can my team see that it's in the EU? Our auditors will want a screenshot. And who are our first administrators?

The wizard's last step shows the region as 'eu-central' instead of 'EU (Frankfurt)'; Organisation settings is right. ENG-1840 is in review.

Hi Ingrid, Organisation settings shows "Data kept in: EU (Frankfurt)", with backups and notices in the same region. I created your organisation today at 14:10; onboarding now won't finish until a region is chosen, with nothing chosen in advance, and I picked the EU. A later change of region would be written to the audit log with who did it and why.
Your first administrators: invitations went to the two IT names Joost gave us; each sets up MFA at their first sign-in. We'll go through the rest at the kickoff on Tuesday 3 November at 10:00.
