Description

Our Q4 audit is on Friday 4 December, with files from the team leads during November. Beyond the team files (SUP-1240), what can ACME give us this time? Last quarter we pieced it together ourselves.

Hi Rachel, here's what we can give you today:

  1. Approvals audit log export: every decision of the last 400 days, with who decided, the site, the reason and UK time (decisions before 13 August came in from each request's history at launch and are marked so); a semicolon version opens in columns in any Excel.
  2. Site managers' decisions: your site managers approve their own site's people since 8 October, and the log shows each of their decisions.
  3. Reasons: required on every request since 29 July.
  4. Sign-in: the lockout rules (SUP-1156) and the sign-in log, which keeps 90 days.
  5. Team files: the team leads' own export waits for our product lead's decision (SUP-1240). If it isn't ready by mid-November, our support team prepares the 14 files.

I'm putting this together as an audit pack for you, with a first draft in early November.

Great. Please add a note on the September night when Warrington couldn't sign in; the auditors asked about it.

Will do: what happened and what changed (SUP-1139) goes in.
