Northgate: leaver still listed in the Access report
Description
A driver who left in September (Bolton) still shows in the Access report with yard gate access. Our site manager removed the Bolton role. Why is the person still there?

Hi Rachel,
Removing a role doesn't remove the access the person was granted through requests, and the account stays active. For a leaver, an administrator should deactivate the person (People → the person → Deactivate). That ends every access at once, and they drop off the next Access report.
