Northgate: Preston leaver could still open the yard gate

Description

A driver who left Preston in April could still open the yard gate last week. I took the Preston role off the person when they left. How is that possible?

Hi Joanne,

Removing a role doesn't take away access the person was given through requests, and the account stays active. For a leaver, an administrator should deactivate the person (People → the person → Deactivate). That ends all their access at once.

The yard gate access came from a request approved in January. Rachel can deactivate the person now; we went through the same thing in SUP-336 last year.
