Hello Ana,

as discussed at the QBR: every request from our 15 depots goes to the three administrators at head office in Mechelen. In busy weeks drivers wait three days for the yard gate. Can depot managers approve requests for their own depot?

Hi Lotte,

Not today. Only administrators can approve or refuse requests, and roles apply to the whole organisation. A depot manager made an administrator would approve for all 15 depots and could change every setting, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I've passed the ask to our product team, with the three-day waits.
