Pellham: every request lands at head office
Description
Hello,
every access request from our 15 depots lands with the three of us at head office in Mechelen. Lotte asked at the QBR in February and I asked again in April. The depot managers know their people, we don't. Is there a way for depot managers to deal with the requests of their own depot? If yes, how do we set it up?

Same ask as Northgate's SUP-702 and Pellham's own in February and April. Not planned this quarter: phone codes and Okta come first. Keep it linked so we see how often it comes up.

That's disappointing. We'll manage for now.

Understood, Wim. I'll keep you posted. Closing this ticket for now.
Hi Wim,
Not today, I'm afraid. Only administrators can approve or refuse requests, and roles apply to the whole organisation. A depot manager can see their depot's requests but can't decide them.
You could make a depot manager an administrator, but they'd then approve for all 15 depots and could change your settings, so I wouldn't recommend it.
I've passed this to our product team.
