Description

I found out the packing line at Mitchelstown is using one login between 22 people because they have no email. I know you said not to. What else can we do? They need to request access to the cold rooms like everyone else.

Hi Aoife, thanks for telling us. Today there's no way to sign in without an email address, so the options are personal email addresses where people agree, or an address per person on a domain you control.

The shared login does mean every request from the packing line is in one name, so the Access report can't tell you who can open the cold rooms.

Signing in without email is something our product team is looking at; I've added your case again. Ben will let you know as soon as there's something to try.

OK. We'll set up addresses on our domain for the packing line for now.

Good plan. Closing.
