Northgate: decision email said 'approved' but the request was refused
Description
One of my site workers at Preston got an email saying "Your request was approved", with the note "Refused, ask your team lead first". In the portal the request is refused. The worker turned up at the cold store expecting to get in.

Piet, refused-with-note sends the 'approved' template. Northgate, Preston.
Logged ENG-1425. The note-present branch in access-events picks the approved template for both events.
Fixed and tested every event with and without a note. Looked back: 41 refused-with-note emails went out with the approved wording since March, 9 of them Northgate's. List for Ines attached.
Hi Joanne, fixed: a refusal with a note now says "Your request was refused", with the note.
Looking back, 9 Northgate workers got the wrong wording since March; their names are in the attached list, so site managers can check nobody thinks they have access they don't. Closing.
Hi Joanne, sorry about that. We can see it: the request was refused with a note, and the email used the wrong wording. Passing it to engineering now.
