Ridgeway: portal takes 4–5 seconds to open
Description
The portal takes 4–5 seconds to open for our admins in Ohio, every morning. Is it slow for everyone or just from the US?

Third customer this month mentioning the slow first load (Ridgeway, Parcelwise on a call, Brakeline). Worth a look.

Working on it as Faster portal start (ENG-1501). Splitting the bundle; first load target under 1.5 s.

Hi Mark, a change went out today: the portal's first load is now about 1.3 seconds instead of 4. Closing.
Hi Mark, it's not just you: the portal's first load takes about four seconds everywhere, because it loads all its pages at once. It isn't the distance; your data is served from Virginia. I've passed it on.
