Description

We'll make the depot managers of Leuven, Hasselt and Brugge administrators as a trial, so they can approve their own people. I know you advised against it. Anything we should know?

Hi Wim, thanks for telling us. What changes for those three:

They'll see and can change everything: all 15 depots, everyone's access, people and settings, not only their own depot.
From Thursday every administrator needs a second factor at sign-in (an authenticator app), so they'll set that up at their next sign-in.
Everything they decide is recorded in their name, as now.

We can't limit them to their own depot, so a written rule ("only your depot's requests") is the only guard.
