Description

Preston's night shift has used codes for a week and it works. We're ready to move all site workers, about 900 people at our 12 sites:

Attached: names and mobile numbers per site. Most have no company email. The shared logins (PRESTON-NIGHTS, WARR-YARD and four more) go once everyone has their own.

Hi Rachel, the plan works. What we'll do:

  1. Load the numbers site by site, the working day before each site starts. For people who already have an account with email, we add the number to that account.
  2. From their start day they choose Sign in with a code on the sign-in page.
  3. Once everyone at a site is signed in with their own account, an administrator deactivates the shared logins.

Rachel, I'll send the one-page sheet Greenhollow used, with your site names on it, for the toolbox talks.

Preston, Warrington and Bolton loaded: 236 people, 31 of them added to existing accounts.

Ines Costa · 15 Jun 2026, 09:00 UTC

First morning: 221 of 236 signed in with a code by 10:00. The rest haven't been on shift yet.

Note: codes to UK numbers didn't arrive this morning from 07:05 to 09:10 (our SMS provider), see SUP-963. Nine of your sites were on codes by then.

Wigan, Stockport, Oldham, Salford, Blackburn and Burnley were loaded on Monday and Tuesday; Chorley, Leigh and Rochdale today. 664 people in all.

All twelve sites on codes. We deactivated the six shared logins today.

Thanks Rachel, that's every request in a person's own name now. Closing.
