we signed on Friday, and Sanne asked me to start the set-up. Attached:

our 25 depots with codes and countries
two administrators at head office: Henrik Lund (who runs our Entra ID) and me

Hi Priti, welcome to ACME. I'm Clara, I'll run Kelderby's set-up and go-live with you.

Done today:

Kelderby's organisation in our EU region (Frankfurt).
Invitations for your two administrators. At first sign-in each sets up an authenticator app: administrators who sign in with a password always use a second factor. Once Kelderby signs in with Entra ID, your own MFA covers you.

Depots. We create your 25 depots from the list over the next two weeks and send it back for checking.
People. About 2,900. An import in the portal arrives in July; we'll plan when to load them once the go-live date is set.
Single sign-on. One application per depot in Entra ID. Henrik gets our details for all 25 in one sheet.
Go-live date. Let's talk it through on a kick-off call. Does Tuesday 23 June at 10:00 work?

Tuesday works. Sanne will propose Monday 2 November for go-live; it can only be firm once our works councils have agreed, which we expect in September.

Notes from the kick-off: Sanne proposes go-live on Monday 2 November, firm once the works councils agree (expected September). Depots created by hand from the list. People import closer to go-live, after the works councils. Weekly call with Ana on Tuesdays at 10:00.
