Status on Wed 28 Oct: on track. First single sign-on weekend done; second on Sat 31 Oct. Go/no-go on Thu 29 Oct at 15:00.

What goes live

On 2 November all 25 depots start asking for access through ACME instead of Kelderby's forms and emails. Each depot's manager approves their own people in the portal. Head office's two administrators keep All requests.

How people sign in on the day:

• The seven pilot depots sign in with Kelderby's Entra ID (switched on 24 October and 31 October).
• The other 18 depots sign in with passwords until their switch, planned before Christmas with ACM-293.
• Agency drivers sign in with phone codes everywhere.

Go/no-go criteria

Sanne Bech decides with Priti, Ana and Clara on Thu 29 Oct.

1. Every depot has a manager set as approver for that depot, and each one has signed in at least once.
2. The second weekend's four depots passed their test sign-in in the rehearsal on Thu 29 Oct morning.
3. No open SUP ticket from Kelderby at High or above.
4. Kelderby's IT line knows the switch-back runbook and who at ACME is on call.

Hypercare

• Daily call at 09:30 with Priti, Ana and Clara, 2 November to 13 November.
• Support watches the kelderby label and answers within the hour on working days.
• ACME's on-call engineer covers the weekends. Kelderby calls the support line, not individuals.
