Access report by depot
Description
Shaped in Emargen: Access report by depot. Product page: Confluence PROD › Access report.
Why
The Access report is one PDF of the whole organisation. Brakeline's depot managers and Northgate's auditors only want their own depot or site, and Vossberg's runs to 1,600 pages (SUP-768).
What we build
- A depot filter on the Access report: all depots, or one.
- The report and its PDF follow the filter; the PDF's first page names the depot and the date.
- A CSV download of the same rows.
Not in this epic
- A view for depot or team managers: the report shows sign-in settings and API keys, which only administrators may see.
- Several depots at once.
Done when
Brakeline's administrators print Leeds alone in a minute. Target 8 July.

Live for everyone. Ben showed Brakeline this afternoon. Closing.
CSV is cut from this release: it needs an export on the server, because the report is drawn in the browser, and that's two more weeks. Filter and per-depot PDF go ahead.
