Description

The brief for ENG-1452 had a CSV download of the filtered report. Today we cut it so the depot filter can ship before the summer: the report is drawn in the browser, so a CSV needs an export built on the server, about two more weeks, and then two reports to keep in step.

Brakeline asked for it the day the filter shipped (SUP-1012).

Northgate's team managers want a spreadsheet of their own team's access for the quarterly audit (SUP-1240). We're shaping that in Emargen as ACM-290; if it goes ahead it brings the server-side export this needed.
