Pellham: full data export before leaving
Description
Hello,
before our contract ends on 31 July we need a full export of our data:
- all people, with home depot, roles and status
- all depots
- who can open what today
- the history of all access requests and decisions since we started in 2024
In a format our new provider can load (CSV). By 24 July please, so we have a week to check it.

Piet: Pellham need a full export by 24 Jul: people, depots, roles, current access, every request and decision since 2024. CSV. We have no tool for this.
Logged ENG-1542. One-off from identity-service, one CSV per table, and a page explaining the columns. People, depots, roles and access are straight queries; request history is stored as events and needs flattening. I'll do it by hand; Marek checks the history.
Checked Piet's flattened request history against the portal for 50 random requests: all match. About four engineering days in all. If anyone else leaves we need this as a feature.
Done: one CSV per table (people, depots, roles, access, requests, decisions) and the page explaining the columns, zipped and encrypted. Link for Ana.
Hi Wim, your export is ready. Secure link below, valid for seven days; the password goes to your mobile by text.
- One CSV file per table: people (1,248), depots (15), roles, current access, access requests since September 2024 with their decisions.
- A page explaining every file and column.
- The Access report as one PDF per depot.
Downloaded, the files open. Our new provider will look at them next week.
Thanks Wim. Closing this one; if the new provider has questions about the files, open a ticket and we'll answer before the 31st.
This ticket is why I started 'Data export for leaving customers' (ENG-1601): about four engineering days for one customer. We can't do that by hand every time.
Hi Wim, we'll do it, and by the 24th.
To be straight about it: the portal itself can only give you the Access report (who can open what) as a PDF, per depot since today. There's no export of everything, so our engineers will write one for you, as CSV files.
