Ridgeway: tell our yard system when access is approved
Description
Hi,
our yard system runs the gates at all 18 depots. Every morning a clerk re-types yesterday's approvals from your portal into it. Can ACME tell the yard system when access is approved or removed? Same idea as the HR question last week (SUP-1044).

OK. The clerk works from All requests for now.

Linked to SUP-1196: webhooks are being shaped from today, with Ridgeway first.
Hi Mark, not yet: decisions can't be sent to other systems; the only message a decision sends is an email to the person who asked. For the clerk, the quickest is All requests filtered on yesterday's decisions. I've logged webhooks with both your uses, HR and yard.
