Northgate: site managers still can't approve their own staff
Description
Five months after SUP-702: our 12 site managers know who should have access at their site. Your administrators-only approvals mean head office approves people it has never met, and the auditors keep asking why. Is site managers approving any closer?

Lena, Northgate again (SUP-702 in March, now this). Rachel's audit is the driver. Adding it to your research.
In my research topic on approvals at the depot, with Brakeline's and Pellham's asks. Decision by end of August.
Hi Rachel, as promised: our product team decided this week to build it. A site manager will approve requests from their own site's people, and only those; administrators keep seeing everything. I'll tell you the date once it's planned.
Hi Rachel, it's live since Thursday 1 October: give a site manager the approver's role for their site, and they approve that site's requests. Happy to go through it on a call.
All 12 site managers are set up as approvers for their sites since this morning.
That's good to hear. Closing.
Hi Rachel, honestly: it isn't built yet, and I can't give you a date today. What I can say is that it's no longer only Northgate asking, and our product lead is looking at all the asks for depot and site approvals this month.
I'll come back to you by the end of August with where it stands.
