Brakeline: can Callum see and approve the requests at the North depots?

Hi,
Callum Reid is regional manager for the North since September: Leeds, York, Bradford and Wakefield. Can Callum see the requests at those depots and approve them, the way the depot managers do? Answer by Friday please.

Sam, here's where it stands for Callum. Approving for a depot stays with its manager, and with you and the other administrators under All requests; there's no way to add Callum to that for four depots.
Seeing their requests is possible: give each of the four depots a team on the portal's Teams page, with the depot's people in it and Callum as its manager. Callum then reads their requests under My teams in the approvals inbox, without deciding them, and can chase a depot manager when something waits. A person is in one team and a team has one manager, so if Leeds, York, Bradford or Wakefield already use teams, tell me first and we'll find another way.
This is a way round rather than a regional manager role, and no regional view is planned.
