Kelderby: duplicate people after the first single sign-on weekend
Description
Some of the people who couldn't sign in on Saturday now appear twice in the portal: the account Henrik made, and their old one with their roles and last week's requests. The depot managers can't tell which is the real one.

All nine merged by 11:30. Each kept record signs in with Entra ID and has the old record's roles and requests. Every merge is in the audit log with both records.

For the second weekend, Priti and I compare the import emails with the Entra ID usernames for Duisburg, Venlo, Liège and Breda before Saturday, and fix any email that differs, so nobody is refused.

Hi Priti, yes: nine people, the ones refused on Saturday (SUP-1260). I'm merging them now, keeping the record each person signs in with; the old record's roles, depot assignments, waiting requests and history move to it.
