Description

Group check for the second weekend done yesterday: 7 Liège people were missing from KEL-Luik-Users (still only in the old KEL-Liege-Users), added. The test accounts for all four depots are in your sheet.

Who is on from ACME on Saturday, and how does support work on Monday 2 November?

Hi Henrik, thanks for the group check.

Saturday 31 October (Duisburg, Venlo, Liège, Breda): you switch the four on at 04:30, as last time. ACME on the bridge from 05:00 to 09:00: me, Oskar Lund on call, and Tom (change OPS-52). The rehearsal is Thursday morning, then go/no-go at 15:00 with Sanne, Priti, Ana and me. I'll email the four depot managers the switch time by Thursday.

Usernames: Priti's export arrived yesterday. Six people at Duisburg and Breda have a different email in ACME than their Entra ID username (list attached). Please confirm the right email for each before Saturday and we'll correct ours, so nobody gets "No account for this sign-in".

From Monday 2 November: two weeks of hypercare, until 13 November. A daily call at 09:30 with Priti, Ana and me. Support watches the kelderby label and answers within the hour on working days; our on-call engineer covers the weekends. Please call the support line rather than any of us directly.
