Ana said phone codes come at the end of May. What do we need to prepare for the 80 people at Mitchelstown? Ciarán (site lead) has their mobile numbers.

Hi Aoife, Ben and I will look after the pilot with you. What to prepare:

  1. Each worker needs their own mobile number, because the code goes to the phone that signs in. One number belongs to one person.
  2. From launch day, Ciarán adds each worker's number on their account in the portal and sets their sign-in to phone code. Numbers in international format, +353 87 …
  3. Workers with a made-up address keep their account; adding the number moves them to codes, so their history stays with them.

Clear. Ciarán has the list ready. One couple at the packing line share a phone, what then?

One number can only be on one account, so the second person needs their own number, or keeps a password for now.

Phone codes went live this morning. Ciarán can start adding numbers today.

All 80 set up. The couple: one on codes, the other on a password till they get a phone.

Great. Closing this one; anything during the pilot, open a new ticket.
