Pellham: 63 requests waiting after the long weekend
Description
Head office was closed for Whit Monday. This morning 63 requests were waiting. On Saturday two drivers at Namur and one at Charleroi were sent home because their access wasn't approved and nobody at head office was in.
I need a date for depot managers approving their own people, or we need to talk about our contract.

Lena, Pellham want a date for depot managers approving. Third escalation in three weeks. What can I tell them?
No date I can stand behind. It's on the list with Northgate's ask (SUP-702). This quarter is committed: phone codes, MFA, Okta, reports by depot, import. Earliest realistic is Q4, and I wouldn't promise that.

Hi Lotte, as promised, the honest answer: depot managers approving their own people is not planned for this year. The work we've committed to for the summer is already under way, and I'd rather tell you that than promise something we'd miss.

I'm sorry about Namur and Charleroi. Drivers sent home is exactly what this should prevent.
I can't give you a date today, and I don't want to give you one I can't keep. I've asked our product lead for an honest answer on where depot managers approving stands, and I'll write back by Thursday.
