Kelderby: depot managers approving, ahead of tomorrow's call

Dear ACME team,
ahead of our call tomorrow, and following our request of 10 August (SUP-1091) and our call on 12 August: Kelderby has 25 depots and around 2,900 people, and in our organisation only administrators can approve access requests. Head office cannot approve for every depot; our depot managers know their people. Our plan for the next 18 depots assumes they approve their own people.
Can depot managers approve their own people's access before go-live on 2 November? We would like an answer this week.

Hi Sanne, thank you for today's call, that's clear. Today only administrators approve, across every depot. I've taken it to Lena Fischer, who owns access and approvals in our product team, and will come back to you this week.
Lena's answer (Emargen, ACM-231): yes, buildable on the roles every client already has. Plan started as ACM-247; ready to approve in about two weeks, well before 2 November.
Hi Sanne, good news: yes, we can build it for Kelderby. Depot managers will approve their own depot's people, using the roles you already have. Our product team has started the plan and expects it to be ready to approve in about two weeks, well before your go-live. I'll keep you posted here.

Hi Sanne, the plan was approved this morning and engineering has started. The target is 2 October, so there's time to set up and train your depot managers before go-live.
Hi Sanne, it's live: depot managers can now approve requests from their own depot's people. In your organisation, each depot manager gets the approver role with their depot on it (People, the person, Roles); Priti has the steps. Your administrators keep All requests as before.
